Aberdeen Group joins Docebo to explore the changing face of corporate learning |
In particular, the two organizations will reveal how today’s workers have a diverse spectrum of learning opportunities and experiences from which to choose. In addition, they will explain how “digital” has disrupted the way organizations think about the “70:20” elements of the 70:20:10 learning model.
“In the last five years we’ve seen a transformation happen in the learning functions of many organizations – and the advent of new trends and technologies are responsible for much of this shift,” said Josh Squires, Chief Operating Officer at Docebo EMEA. “All this points to the key to success in corporate learning today being to leverage technology to uncover, create and share knowledge.
“Many new wearable devices, gamification techniques and socially-enabled technologies are being used to help employees find and connect with internal experts,” he added. “Organizations that not only begin to think about learning through a more connected and participative process but also leverage that technology and apply it to learning in new and innovative ways are considerably better positioned than those who continue to hold on to old-school approaches to learning.”
