Solo Affitti case study: e-learning for Real Estate

The use of the Docebo E-Learning platform, off-the-shelf integrated with an existing web conferencing software, has enabled Solo Affitti to rapidly increase quality and quantity of training delivered to the overall network.

 

Solo Affitti is the only real estate franchise leader in Italy. Today, Solo Affitti has more than 300 agencies, with a growth target that aims to reach 600 outlets within the Italian territory. Since 2008, Solo Affitti has launched a project to create a parent company geared for the spanish market, named “Solo Alquileres”. The goal is to replicate the success gained in the Italian market in Spain, as it shows similar peculiarities.

Customer Challenge

 

The first main challenge is to continue the rapid growth of the franchise's network within just a few years time. Maintaining the territorial distribution of the agencies around Italy is one such example of this challenge.

 

The second main challenge is to address the need of delivering rapid and effective training to the entire network. Such training includes complex topics such as insurance and regulations, which are a mandatory in order to obtain the qualification.

 

With these elements, we had to take into account new methods of conceiving and delivering training to the entire agency network. This was because the courses were exclusively classroom-based in hotel rooms, which were often uncomfortable, and quite far away for many participants.

 

The 2.0 training required an innovative approach to enable network to have a real time interaction. This helps keep costs down, reduce time allowance for travels, and delivers highly effective training programs.

 

Solution

 

The use of the Docebo E-Learning platform, off-the-shelf integrated with an existing web conferencing software, has enabled Solo Affitti to rapidly increase the quality and the quantity of training delivered to the overall network, with the ability to internalize the training phase and manage it in a flexible and effective manner, customized and based on the needs of franchisees.

 

The combination of videoconferencing course content delivery via the LMS Platform gave us the opportunity to roll out insurance trainings to the Real Estate network in a very agile way, thus enabling a more effective management of the process of training and certifying the network on this specific subject.
