Vivo uses Izzui Channels to train and engage sales force in Brazil

The training of a company sales force is crucial to improve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction - optimizing business results.

This is the view of the largest mobile telecommunications operator in Brazilian market and part of Telefónica Group, which prompted an innovative e-learning project focused on relevant and engaging training at the point of sale level.

 

(@americalearning) Vivo provides mobile telecommunications, data transmission over cellular telephones and mobile Internet through its subsidiaries in the Brazilian market. The largest mobile carrier in the country relies on an integrated sales force from a network of franchised points of sale. The company needs to train these franchised sales force while increasing their sense of belonging and commitment to the Vivo brand.

 

To achieve their sales training goals and as part of its corporate commitment to excellence in training, Vivo implemented a gamified learning channel using Izzu’s Content Engagement Platform (www.izzui.com). The main objective is to deliver and strengthen knowledge of topics ranging from mobile technologies to sales techniques.
