How are impacting on corporate training processes these trends and innovations?

Learning is becoming more and more targeted – organizations want to spend each hour of employee learning on skills that really matter and will change business results.  People are also wanting very focused and personalized learning.  So, this is a great time for learning innovation and evolution.

What are the keys to improved students experience in learning processes?

Make it more adaptive to their time, their previous experience, their current loads and their own optimal style.  Each person, including you and me, want to learn it Our Way, in Our Style, at the Ideal Time and in the Optimal Fashion. As Frank Sinatra said - “Do it MY Way"

What do you think will be the major trends of learning in 2015?

The trends will be:

  • Adaptive learning – responding to previous experience and preferences
  • Performance Support – learning more at the time of need
  • Badging and Micro-Credentializing – for internal and external use
  • Deeper Simulation Technology
  • More Blended and Hybrid Learning with Connected Classrooms
  • And The Start of Wearables for Learning (eg. Apple Watch)
